The Roles Available

We are looking for candidates across two key areas of the production line:

1. Precast Labourers

Working at the heart of the production line, you will be responsible for setting up the daily operations.

• Preparing, cleaning, and oiling concrete moulds.

• Assisting the team with live concrete pours.

• Stripping moulds once cured and maintaining a clean, safe site.

2. Concrete Finishers

The final line of defense before product delivery. You will have a keen eye for detail and experience with hand tools.

• Patching, rubbing back, and sacking off concrete panels/blocks.

• Using hand tools to safely remove sharp edges and imperfections.

• Ensuring all finished products meet high-quality standards for dispatch.

What You Need to Bring

To be successful in these roles, you must meet the following criteria:

• White Card: A valid General Construction Induction Card is mandatory.

• Physical Fitness: These are demanding roles; you must be physically fit, capable of heavy lifting, and happy to work in an outdoor/factory environment.

• Medical Fitness: Must be able to pass a full pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screen.

• Reliable Transport: You need a reliable vehicle and a current driver’s license to ensure you get to the site on time every day.

• Attitude: A strong commitment to workplace health and safety, and a reliable, turn-up-to-work attitude.
